Route changes
Due to the uncertainty of tides on the morning of the race we have made the decision to alter the course for the safety of the competitors so the kayak stage of the race will now take place on Glen Lake instead of the Atlantic Ocean.
When competitors enter Glen they will now proceed over the famous twisty corners to the access point of Glen Lake where the Kayak stage will take place.
Stages:
Stage 1:Coast Guard Loop is now 4K
Stage 2:Atlantic Cycle is 26k
Stage 3:Glen Lough Kayak 1k
Stage 4:Boom Shaka Lackagh 9.5k Cycle
Stage 5: Boardwalk Sprint 2K run
Stage 6: Tour de Carrigart 9K bike
Stage 7: Grandstand Finish 1K run
