Some information about check-in which will take place on Friday 2nd September in Downings GAA centre.

Due to Insurance stipulations we will be enforcing the following policy

PHOTOGRAPHIC ID- ID will be crossed checked with the name allocated to the race number & details.

MANDATORY KIT:
All competitors MUST have the mandatory kit at registration.
•Basic first aid kit (Minimum: 1 x Dressing Pad for heavy bleeding (field dressing), 1 x bandage, plasters)
•Foil blanket
•Bicycle helmet

Please ensure that you have your PHOTO ID & MANDATORY KIT with you as you will not be able to check-in without them.
